° Graduate Degree (S1) in Engineering or Information Systems.

Long Description :
Staff Grade 1
Basic Function :
Execute application maintenance to support superior in maintaining application availability and reliability.
Job Responsibility :
1. Coordinate with Sr. Software Engineer to provide local and global support for custom applications, Business Intelligence systems, and packaged solutions
2. Provide strategic central point in managing incidents through resolution, including:
a. Detection and recording
b. Classification and prioritization
c. Root cause analysis and investigation
d. Diagnosis, resolution and recovery
e. Building knowledge base
3. Coordinate and provide proactive and reactive advices and guidance to customers to maintain customer's satisfaction.

° Ability to deliver high quality application support for local and global solutions.
