Requirements:
-Having good analytical thinking, achievement orientation, and customer service orientation
-Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office
-Having good English, oral and written
-Having solid knowledge of Organizational and Human Resources Development tools, and Job Analysis and Job Evaluation Methods
-Having at least 2 years experience in Organization Development for any industry.
-Having experience in consulting/OD/service providing area is preferred.
-Hold Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Responsibilities:
The incumbent is accountable to manage the implementation of small projects and provide services regarding Job Analysis and Job Evaluation throughout the company.
