Sinarmas Group - Shipping Division is seeking for a highly qualified team leader to join our dynamic and challeng organization.

COO (Chief Operating Officer)
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
- Male with age 40 to 50 years old
- Possess similar working Experience at least 5 years
- Education back ground either Mech-engineer/Marine -Engineer/Marine-Captain degree
- Strong team leadership
- Good communication skill
- Willing to travel
- Integrity
- MBA degree is preferable, but not a must

Responsibilities:
Report to CEO
Responsible for effectiveness and efficiency of the fleet operation
To inspect and ensure all fleets well maintained as well as meet sea sailing safety standard (possess updated licenses).
Involve final interview and approve recruitment of Crew Officers (Captain/Chief Officer/Chief Engineer)
To review and approve all crew salary, allowance and incentive benefit
To review all fleet direct operational cost including docking cost and propose yearly budgeted cost for each fleet
To ensure the above cost meets the budgeted one
Other assignments given by CEO and President Director
