Claim Staff

Qualification & Experience Requirement:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Health Education sector
* Have experiences more than 1 years as a claim staff
* Communication in English is a must

Job Summary:
* Examine claims documents for completeness of requirements and assists in computing net claims proceeds
* Follow up on the submission of claims requirements
* Assist superior in answering claims inquiries and explain reasons for denying claims
* Conduct inquiries on contestable claims
* Input claims transactions into computer system
