1. Relationship Officer (RO)
Acquiring new customers, developing and maintaining customers relationships
Responsibilities:
*
Developing and maintaining the prime, existing, and new clients
*
Maintain a good relationship with prime, existing and new clients
*
Create and open potential network
*
Having sufficient knowledge of banking products
*
Identify clients' credibility
Requirements:
*
Minimum Bachelor degree from any discipline
*
Minimum GPA 2.75 (from 4.00 scales)
*
Good communication in English is a must
*
Customer service oriented and result oriented
*
Experienced in the same field are preferable
2. Customer Service (CS)
Delivering day to day services and handling customer complaints
Responsibilities:
*
Handling client inquiries and correspondences relating to account balance, opening account, bank reference, etc
*
Ensuring that client account documentation are updated and in order with regulations of BI
*
Handle all documents relating to the opening and closing of client accounts monitoring, controlling the customer balance in client accounts
*
Assisting in all other operations activities when and where possible
Requirements:
*
Minimum Bachelor degree from any discipline
*
Minimum GPA 2.75 (from 4.00 scales)
*
Good communication in English is a must
*
Having a good interpersonal skill
*
Fresh graduated are welcome, experienced in the same field are preferable
3. Operational Risk Manager (ORM)
Monitoring operational risk policy, procedures, and framework of the bank
Responsibilities
*
Implement the operational risk policy, procedures, and framework of the bank
*
Create risk awareness
*
Facilitate the risk assessment of the bank's business activities, new product initiatives, and branches
*
Perform the risk and control identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting through discussion with relevant areas
*
Monitor and report the Key Risk Indicators of the bank
*
Monitor, discuss, report, and maintain database of incidents/losses
*
Coordinate all operational risk-related matters within local office and head office, Utrecht
Requirements:
*
Preferably 5 (five) years of satisfactory working experiences in an operational management area of an international or a large local bank
*
Graduated from an overseas university or a top tier local university from any discipline, preferably in the area of accounting or business administration
*
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and resourceful
*
Independent, well-organized, and logical
*
Strong drive to perform well and flexible
*
Team player and able to coordinate and facilitate different areas of responsibilities
*
Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills (writing and speaking)
*
Active involvements in organizational activities
