Actuarial Assistant Manager


Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree from any discipline with minimum 5 years working experience in actuarial and life insurance industry.
* Good level of IT literacy (Ms Office, especially Ms Excel).
* Good capability in analytical skill.
* Capability in Prophet Software is preferable.
* Ability to work effectively and proactive within team environment.
* Effective communication and written ability in English.

Job Summary:
* Product Development
o To design and price for both Individual & Group Products, includes the process Approval from both internal Generali and Ministry of Finance.
* Reinsurance arrangement
o To manage the process of reinsurance backup relates to the development of the product.
* Experience Analysis
o To conduct the experience analysis relates to the product i.e. Profit Analysis, Persistency/Lapse analysis, Expense analysis and claim Analysis.
* Inter Department Support
o To support the other departments in the capacity of the current role i.e. request proposal, cash value and other policy holder services related.
