Programmer/MIS Developer (PMD)

Requirements
* University degree in Information Systems or equivalent from reputable university
* Having experience minimum 1 year in software development, preferably in Financial or Banking industries.
* Having good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++, Java, XML, Unix and Cognos are preferred
* Having good knowledge of Data Warehouse concept
* Practical use of SDLC methodology
* Able to meet deadlines and a self-driven team player in a dynamic and high pressure environment.
* A team player with mature attitude and excellent interpersonal/communication skill.
* Business skill: Banking / Financial, MIS, Business Intelligence preferable.

1. Personnel & GA Supervisor

Key Accountabilities:
• Responsible to maintain and update personnel database and HR recording include staff personal data, leave record, labor cost report, etc.
• Prepare and update overtime data, medical claim, etc.
• Handle general affair activities such as ordering ticket, hotel, car usage, maintenance of camp & office facilities, etc.
• Handle Industrial relation issues.
• Coordinates and implements medical services programs that suits to the company policy and procedure.
• To liaise with the government officials such as Manpower dept. Local government, etc to ensure compliance of regulations.

Specific Requirements:
• Diploma Degree from reputable university in Management or equivalent.

II. Surveyor

Key Accountabilities:
1. Understand to do survey & data process by manual & computerized system.
2. Scheduffng and conducting the mine survey by using total station instrument (Total Station, Theodolite, etc).
3. In cooperation with contractor to do survey for monthly progress clairnand pit development.
4. Preparation of mine plans / section as per the mining law of Indonesia and per other needs.
5. Provide detailed surveys of mine workings.
6. Analyze survey control
7. Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Specific Requirements:
1. Min. D3/S1 Geodetic from reputable University.
2. Having Experience within 3-5 years experience on civil construction & mining.
3. English min, passive.
4. Willing to work at mine site.
5. Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.

III. Legal Officer

Key Accountabilities:
1. Knowledge of organizational polices in legal affairs, especially in services business law and contract matters.
2. Good understanding in all relevant law and regulations especially in mining law is more prefBrable.
3. Able to handling legal issues which related with new capital investment, incoming new investor, litigation, making resolutions etc.
4. Able to handling land compensation and land acquisition.
5. Able to cooperate with third party lawyer to review agreement such as: loan agreement, subscription agreement, commercial agreement. etc and to handle official documents.
6. Having good relation with Government Institutions (such as Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Republic of Indonesia, Indonesia s Investment Coordination Board/BKPM)to handle permits that related to legal matters.
7. Manage legal correspondence and legal documentation filling.

Specific Requirements:
1. Male, 24-28 years old.
2. Min. Si Law from reputable University.
3. Having Experience min. 2 years experience in the same area at multinational company.
4. Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and can speak Mandarin is preferable.
5. Trustworthy and respect confidentiality.
6. Analytical problem solving.
7. Willing to travel at remote area.

IV.Mine Planning Engineer (MPE-01)

Key Accountabilities:
1. Strong knowledge and has successfully experience in mines planning, project planning, scheduling, management of open cut mines.
2. Be able to construct geology models & pit designs.
3. Can communicate all significant Issues relating, to operations, environmental management or safety.

Specific Requirements:
1. Min. D3 Mining Engineer from reputable University.
2. Min. 3 years experience as Mining Engineer in Coal Mining Company.
3. Have good knowledge of software mining programs especially Minescape.
4. Initiative1 planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client focus and be result driven

V. Safety & Environment Officer (SEO-01)

Key Accountabilities:
1. Able to developing and Implementing all necessary Safety & Environmental programs, coordinate implementation of facilities, environmental and safety.
2. Prepare all documentations related to HSE.
3. Able to direct the Safety and Environment Policy for work safety in mining activities.
4. Able to identify ond to prevent the work accident before happen it in every mining activities.

1. Min. D3 Safety & Environment or equivalent.

3. Knowledge of K3 regulation and Environmental Management.

PENERIMAAN CALON PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DAERAH
PEMERINTAH PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR TAHUN 2010

Dalam rangka mengisi lowongan formasi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Tahun Anggaran 2010, sebagaimana telah ditetapkan dalam Keputusan Kementerian Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor : B/2972/M.PAN-RB/10/2010 Tanggal 29 Oktober 2010 Perihal Persetujuan Rincian Tambahan Alokasi Formasi CPNS Daerah Tahun 2010, dengan ini diumumkan bahwa Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur membuka kesempatan bagi Warga Negara Republik Indonesia yang berminat menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah dilingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

II. KETENTUAN UMUM
1. Penerimaan CPNSD Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, mulai dari pengumuman dan pendaftaran, seleksi administrasi, ujian akademis, seleksi berkas administrasi persyaratan pengangkatan dan penetapan pengangkatan CPNSD.
2. Bersedia mengikuti seluruh proses tahapan seleksi.

III. PERSYARATAN PELAMAR
A. Persyaratan Umum

* 1. Warga Negara Indonesia;
* 2. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 tahun dan paling tinggi 35 tahun dihitung sampai dengan tanggal 01 Januari 2011;
* 3. Sehat jasmani dan rohani berdasarkan surat keterangan dokter pemerintah;
* 4. Tidak pernah mengkonsumsi/menggunakan narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor dan zat adiktif lainnya berdasarkan surat keterangan dokter pemerintah;
* 5. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan;
* 6. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/Anggota TNI/Anggota Kepolisian Negara atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
* 7. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS/TNI/POLRI;
* 8. Berkelakuan baik;
* 9. Tidak menjadi anggota atau pengurus parpol;
* 10. Mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian dan ketrampilan sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan;
* 11. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/Swasta yang terakreditasi oleh BAN-PT (kecuali kualifikasi pendidikan setingkat SLTA);
* 12. Melengkapi persyaratan lamaran berikut lampiran yang telah ditentukan;
* 13. Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer dasar (Word, Exel, Power Point);
* 14. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

B. Persyaratan Pendaftaran

* 1. Surat lamaran (lihat contoh) ditujukan kepada Gubernur Jawa Timur cq. Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur Jl. Jemur Andayani 1 Surabaya PO.BOX BKD JATIM2010 SBS 60400, ditulis tangan dengan tinta hitam, di atas kertas double folio bergaris, tanpa meterai dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar;
* 2. Foto copy KTP yang masih berlaku sebanyak 1 lembar;
* 3. Foto copy ijasah berikut transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir (cap basah dan tanda tangan asli) oleh Rektor/Dekan bagi lulusan D-3, S1 atau S2, sedangkan setingkat SLTA atau sederajat oleh Kepala Sekolah yang bersangkutan ( bagi lulusan SLTA Negeri), oleh Kabid/Kasubid atau yangsetingkat dan berkompeten pada Dinas Pendidikan (bagi lulusan SLTA Swasta) sebanyak 1 lembar;
* 4. Bagi Pelamar yang mendaftar untuk mengisi formasi Dokter Spesialis atau Apoteker harus melampirkan foto copy ijasah profesi yang dilegalisir sebagai Dokter Spesialis atau Apoteker;
* 5. Pas foto hitam putih terbaru ukuran 3×4 sebanyak 3 lembar dan pada bagian belakang dicantumkan nama pelamar;
* 6. Nomor registrasi/pendaftaran yang dicetak melalui internet;
* 7. Sampul balasan ditulis nama lengkap dan alamat lengkap pelamar beserta nomor telepon yang dapat dihubungi;
* 8. Biaya pengiriman melalui Kantor Pos sebesar Rp. 12.500 ( sudah termasuk perangko balasan).

IV. CARA PENDAFTARAN

* 1. Pendaftaran secara online dimulai pada tanggal 19 Nopember 2010 sampai dengan 03 Desember 2010 dengan cara mengisi data identitas, kualifikasi pendidikan dan jenis formasi yang dilamar melalui media internet dengan alamat http://bkd.jatimprov.go.id.
* 2. Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan dapat mencetak nomor registrasi/pendaftaran melalui internet dan mengajukan surat lamaran;
* 3. Surat lamaran dikirim melalui Pos Express atau Pos Kilat Khusus CPNS tercatat mulai tanggal 19 Nopember 2010 (cap pos) sampai dengan 03 desember 2010 (cap pos).

V. PENGUMUMAN SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI

* 1. Pengumuman seleksi administrasi, bagi pelamar yang memenuhi syarat akan diumumkan pada tanggal 08 Desember 2010 melalui internet dengan alamat http:// bkd.jatimprov.go.id.
* 2. Bagi pelamar yang tidak memenuhi syarat administrasi berkas lamaran tidak dikembalikan dan menjadi milik panitia.

VI. PELAKSANAAN UJIAN

I. PERSYARATAN
A. Persyaratan Umum

1. Warga Negara Indonesia yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan taat kepada Pancasila dan UUD 1945;
2. Sehat jasmani dan rohani;
3. Lulus pendidikan formal S1 atau D3 dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri atau Swasta yang terakreditasi A dan B;
4. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota Partai Politik;
5. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS/Calon Anggota TNI/ POLRI, atau anggota TNI/POLRI;
6. Tidak pernah menggunakan dan/atau memperdagangkan narkoba dan/atau zat-zat psikotropika secara tidak sah;
7. Tidak pernah diberhentikan sebagai PNS / Anggota TNI/POLRI;
8. Tidak pernah diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
9. Tidak pernah atau sedang menjalani pidana penjara karena kasus kriminal;
10. Tidak bersuami/beristerikan seorang yang berkewarganegaraan asing atau tanpa kewarganegaraan;
11. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

B. Persyaratan Khusus

1. Memenuhi persyaratan jenjang pendidikan jurusan atau program studi yang sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia;
2. Dapat mengoperasikan komputer;
3. Mempunyai Sertifikat TOEFL lebih diutamakan nilai minimal 400;
4. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif untuk S1 dan D3 Perguruan Tinggi Negeri minimal 2,75 dan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta minimal 3,00;
5. Berusia setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun untuk S1 dan 30 tahun untuk D3 per 30 November 2010;

III. PENDAFTARAN
1. Pendaftaran lamaran dibuka tanggal 3 November 2010 dan ditutup tanggal 12 November 2010 setiap hari kerja Senin – Jum’at mulai jam 08.00 – 16.00 WIB dengan mengisi formulir pendaftaran;
2. Formulir pendaftaran dapat diunduh pada lampiran Pengumuman ini atau diambil secara langsung di Panitia Penerimaan CPNS ANRI, Jl. Ampera Raya Nomor 7, Jakarta Selatan;
3. Lamaran diterima Panitia paling lambat tanggal 12 November 2009 pukul 14.00 WIB;
4. Formulir pendaftaran yang telah diisi dikirim secara langsung maupun via pos (tidak menerima pengiriman via email) dilampiri dengan :
a. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri di atas kertas folio bergaris dan ditujukan kepada Kepala ANRI c.q. Panitia Penerimaan CPNS ANRI, Jl. Ampera Raya Nomor 7, Jakarta Selatan 12560;
b. Foto kopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku;
c. Foto kopi Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
d. Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat dari Dokter;
e. Foto kopi ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
f. Foto kopi Kartu Pencari Kerja (AK1) dari Departemen Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
g. Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
h. Foto kopi Sertifikat TOEFL;
i. Pas Photo berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 5 (lima) lembar (tulis nama jelas);

5. Formulir pendaftaran beserta lampiran tersebut disusun rapi sesuai urutan di atas dalam map dengan warna:

IV. PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI
1. Bagi Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan administrasi akan diumumkan melalui papan pengumuman di ANRI dan Website ANRI www.anri.go.id pada tanggal 15 November 2010;
2. Bagi Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi, dapat mengambil Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian tanggal 16 dan 18 November 2010 di ANRI dengan menunjukan Tanda Terima Berkas Lamaran.

V. MATERI DAN PELAKSANAAN UJIAN
A. Tahapan dan Materi Ujian
Ujian Penerimaan CPNS ANRI dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) tahap, yaitu :
Tahap I :
1. Ujian Tertulis, terdiri dari 2 (dua) materi yang diujikan yaitu :
a. Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) dengan sistem Computer Assisted Test (CAT), meliputi:
1) Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU)
2) Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS)
3) Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK)
b.Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB);
Tes pengetahuan sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan.
2. Bagi yang lulus Ujian Tahap I berhak untuk mengikuti ujian berikutnya.
Tahap II : Ujian Wawancara

B. Pelaksanaan Ujian
1. Ujian dilaksanakan di ANRI Jakarta.
2. Jadwal Ujian Tahap I akan diumumkan pada saat Pengumuman Hasil Seleksi Administrasi.
3. Bagi Pelamar yang lulus ujian TKD, berhak mengikuti ujian TKB.
4. Bagi Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus Ujian Tahap I, akan diikutsertakan pada Ujian Tahap II dengan jadwal dapat dilihat pada Papan Pengumuman ANRI atau website ANRI www.anri.go.id pada saat Pengumuman Hasil Ujian Tahap I.
