General Affair Officer
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:
Male, max 28 years old
Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
Computerize – operational MS Office
Experiences min. 1 years in GA matters
Preferably understood HSE/K3
Discipline, honest, carefully and dynamic
Good teamwork, able to work in deadline and can work under pressure
Have a Drive License A / C
Responsibilities:
Operational office management (Labeling / tagging office stationary, maintenance work equipment, monitoring stock office tools)
Monitoring and maintenance interior & exterior building
Monitoring messenger, drivers and cleaning service
Organize office transportation (monitoring pool car and Taxi voucher, vehicles maintenance)
Administration and reporting Taxi voucher, car service, gasoline, UHPD, office stationary every month
Do HSE/K3
