Analyst - Contract Formation
Requirements
S1 certificate in Law of reputable university and has worked experiences in procurement contract drafting from Telco/IT
Responsibilities
The jobholder is responsible for handling all contracts requisition of the Networks directorates for all related Telco Strategic/M
Involve to any company initiatives as Legal team, such as; Submarine cable sharing project between XL and Indosat, etc.
Within 2012 Non Networks directorates was requested about 241 contracts, means 1 day 2 contracts request, while C/F SLA for contra
Provide contracts expert facilities in regards of any contract performance issue that may raise out upon execution of the contract
Provide Legal opinion on any contracts performance issue
