MT SALES SUPERVISOR (MT SS - A26)
PT Astra International Tbk - Daihatsu Sales Operation is one of the biggest automotive companies in Indonesia which business includes distribution, sales and aftersales service of Daihatsu products.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree from any major
Good interpersonal & communication skill
Good leadership & have tough personality
Willing to be located in all branches in Indonesia
Fresh Graduate or Experience Max 2 years in Sales
Having interest in Sales
Responsibilities :
This spesific program is aimed to project trainees to the position of Sales Supervisor. Sales Supervisors will lead a branch's sales team to achieve sales target. In this program, you will participate in On The Job Training (OJT) and obtain experience as sales.
You will be positioned as an Acting Sales Supervisor in one of our branches, and also receive various training programs and be assigned an improvement project which will then be evaluated.
