DATA ANALYST
Responsibilities

At Lazada.co.id, we are always looking for candidates with a stellar academic background for an opportunity to gain multi-functional experience in a demanding and fast paced e-commerce environment. As an Associate Analyst you will be a core member of our incubator, working on projects across all functions of our business. The strongest candidates will get exposure to the different areas of the business and will be coached to be future Managers and Entrepreneurs by a management team comprising MBAs from the world’s leading business schools as well as a leadership team with alumni from some of the most recognizable names in commerce, consultancy and industry.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable local or overseas universities; with minimum GPA of 3.0.
Fresh graduates withyears of experiences
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel (functions, lookup, sumifs, countifs, index, match, pivot table) skills.
Ability to work well in teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A self-starter with a solution oriented approach to challenges.
English is a must


CONTENT WRITER
Responsibilities

The main tasks include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Creating & developing product content
- Managing content quality for respective category
- Maintaining new & existing product content
- Assisting Production group head for managing regular KPI
- Supporting marketing team for content campaign purposes
Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Communication Science or Literature, fresh graduates are eligible to apply
- Good English both writing and verbal
- Writing skill (advertorials, catalogs, media releases, news articles)
- Internet savvy, great googling skill is considerably essential
- Able to work both in individual & teams
- Great sense of urgency
- Able to work underpressure
- Adequate knowledge of HTML script is a big plus


JUNIOR BUYER

Responsibilities
We are looking for young and dynamic talents to be Associate Buyers to support our rapid growth. You will work with the latest trends for and work in a fast paced, results oriented environment. You will contribute in building one of the most exciting ecommerces ever seen in Indonesia.

Identify trends and translate them into products desired by our target customer.
Review the competitive market and trends to evaluate merchandise, promotional tactics, customer experience, and product presentation and translate findings into executable programs.
Initiate and maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors
Negotiate product costs, terms and shipping/return issues while maximizing margin opportunities.
Analyze reports in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable local or overseas universities; with minimum GPA of 3.0.
Excellent communication, organizational and networking skills
Computer and Internet literate
Fluent in Indonesian and English
Business savvy
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
