Sampai saat ini Panasonic di Indonesia tetap merupakan brand elektronik yang paling terkemuka dengan sederet produknya yang inovatif, mulai dari TV plasma, Kamera, AC, Kulkas, Mesin Cuci, dan lainnya.

Requirements

  • Maximum 30 years old.
  • Bachelor degree of any discipline.
  • Have minimum 1 years experience in Marketing, have experienced in Electronic Company is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented with positive outlook and a clear focus on high performance.
  • Strong skills in products and marketing strategy.
  • Able to conduct planning, developing and implementing marketing.
  • Data Source and data analyze about marketing activity result and sales result by branch by key dealer.
  • Creative, attractive, persuasive, and good looking.
  • Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure and highly result oriented.
  • Fluent in both spoken/written English.
  • Proficient in using computer based office Ms. Office.


Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement HR strategies and policies that support business directions and achieve business objectives
  • Lead in key areas of HR, specifically in Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance management, OD Interventions, and Industrial Relation, etc.
  • Lead and manage the HR professionals and providing effective and efficient HR support



Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, majoring Human Resources Management, Psychology or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Strong skills in Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relation, and Organizational Development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Fluent in both spoken/written English and Bahasa.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalen
