Successful candidate should have following requirements.
a. Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Business Administration.
b. Has min. 3 years experience in the performance of responsible secretarial work.
c. Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.


2. Accountant (Code: Acc – Your Name)

Successful candidate should have following requirements.
• Holds a Bachelor degree in accounting from a reputable university
• Has at least 5 years of experience in a major audit firm or a global manufacturing / EPC company
• Is familiar with cost accounting and internal controls
• Has strong knowledge of ERP system (preferably SAP)
• Has excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Masters computer softwares (Excel, Power Point, Word proficiencies)

3. Junior Sales Engineer Code: JSE – Your Name)

Successful candidate should have following requirements.
a. Three year college diploma and 2-3 years of related experience
b. Thorough knowledge of Word Processing, spreadsheet, database software programs, and presentation software, position may require transcription skills
c. Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
d. Good organization skill


B. Based in Surabaya

1a. Compensation and Systems Manager (Code: CSM – Your Name)
1b. Human Resource Manager (Code: HRM_PS – Your Name)

Successful candidate should have following requirements.
a. Bachelor degree in the field of in psychology, economics, law, engineering, general management or related fields of expertise; Master degree will be an advantage.
b. Excellent knowledge of manpower regulations.
c. Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
d. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and be capable of working in an international environment.


2. Process Engineer (Code: Process Eng– Your Name)

Successful candidate should have following requirements.
a. Bachelor degree in mechanical or naval engineering
b. Has 2 years experience in manufacturing in boiler industry, steel fabrication or related job shop.
c. Knowledge of International Codes and Specification such as ASME, AWS, AISC and JIS
d. Good written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English


3. Exim Officer (Code: Exim – Your Name)

Successful candidate should have following requirements.
a. Bachelor degree majoring in Logistic or any other disciplines that provide incumbent with strong knowledge of Logistic and Export/ Import
b. Experience in managing export / import activities and transportation is a requirement. A minimum of 5 years experience in Export / Import in a reputable company
c. Good written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
d. Strong negotiation skill is an advantage


4. In House Counsel (Code: IHC – Your Name)

Successful candidate should have following requirements.
a. Graduate of an Indonesian Law Faculty, with an outstanding record of performance.
b. Holding a post graduate degree in law from a foreign or local university.
c. Minimum of three years experience in a consulting law firm or as In House Counsel of an industrial corporation.
d. Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written, with a TOEFL score of 550 or more.
e. Familiarity/ Experience with the power industry in Indonesia will be an advantage.


5. Subcontracting Supervisor (Code: Subcon – Your Name)

Successful candidate should have following requirements.
a. Bachelor degree in Engineering or other disciplines or practical experience sufficiently applicable to the specified position function.
b. Two or three years experience in subcontracting management
c. Effective negotiation and interpersonal skill
d. Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Accounting Superintendent

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor Degree (S1) major in Accounting from a recognized university.

Experience:
Applicant should have:

Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in the F&A department – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable section.
Excellent English – both written and verbal.
Significant exposure in manage AR & AP section would be an advantage.

Other requirements:
May require overtime on reporting time
Team Oriented, Self motivated and ability to prioritize work.
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in organization.
A ‘can do’ attitude, with hands on approach.


Responsibilities:
Role responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for supervising team AR & AP section
Manage smooth processing on AR and AP administration
Review Vendor Credit Term
Report difficult customers and blacklisted customers plus difficult vendors
Check accuracy of customers' and vendors’ invoices and completeness of
requirements
Manage accounts receivable turnover relative to achieving budgeted
Accounting or collection and vendors.
Prepare reports on customers' outstanding accounts and status
Assist on assigned tasks as required by shared service – accounting manager.
Manage Balance sheet schedules as required by shared service - accounting manager.
Monitoring proper filing.
Take part in special F&A projects as required from time to time


Remuneration:
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidates.

1.Tax and Budget Officer (Code: Tax Off)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holds min S1 in Finance or Accounting with GPA min 2,75
• Possesses minimum 3 (three) years working experience in taxation and budgeting, preferably in Non Profit Organization
• Experiences in handling tax audit will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia current tax regulation
• Able and familiar to use e-SPT
• Has good relationship and communication in dealing with Government Tax Office
• Understand and familiar with company budget / forecast preparation and implementation process
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Computer literacy especially for Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Ms. Power Point)

• Familiar with accounting software, preferably in using Microsoft Solomon
