1. Production Supervisor (code: PS)

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or relevant experiences)
2. Experience minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor (preferably on Manufacturing or Heavy Equipment Industry)
3. Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
4. Good communication & interpersonal skills
5. Computer Literate (MS Office is a must)
6. Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
7. Good English both oral & written
8. Energetic, enthusiast, smart
9. Willing to work on shift


Job Accountability :
To facilitate the operational efficiencies of the manufacturing facility by application of world class business practices, leading through example to establish a culture of continuous improvement in a safe working environment.


2. Process Engineer (Code: T/S)

Job Accountability :
The incumbent responsibilities are develop quality standard for the organization of in-process product also to design and implement the measures, tests, sampling methods and others procedures that ensure that quality standard and customer specification are met.

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, Majoring in Mechanical Engineering
2. Experience minimum one-year assessment as Technical Service Engineer preferable experience on tire, manufacturing, heavy equipment or chemical industry.
3. Have experience in inline product design
4. Computer skill (MS Office is a must)
5. Understand how to read specification, understand how to re-design tire construction and troubleshooting problem related to design
6. Team work player & strong personalities
7. Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
8. Good interpersonal skills
9. Good English, both oral & written
10. Have none physical consideration
