- IPK Minimal 2,75 (PTN) dan 3,00 (PTS).
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja perusahaan.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja yang relevan dengan bidang yang
dilamar.
- Karena sifat pekerjaan yang dilakukan, dibutuhkan laki-laki untuk
kode TAN, TEP, TEK, HUT, & IND.
- Tidak pernah dihukum karena melakukan tindak kejahatan (ditunjukkan
dg Surat Keterangan dari Kepolisian).
- Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan tidak hormat dari Instansi atau
Badan Hukum Pemerintah maupun Swasta.

1. S1 Pertanian jurusan Agronomi, Ilmu Tanah, Hama dan Penyakit Tanaman
(Kode: TAN)
2. S1 Teknologi Hasil Pertanian (Kode: TEP)
3. S1 Ekonomi Akuntansi (Kode: AKT)
4. S1 Ekonomi Manajemen (Kode: MNJ)
5. S1 Hukum jurusan Hukum Perdata menguasai masalah pertanahan dan SDM
(HKM)
6. S1 Psikologi & S1 Psikologi yang sudah menempuh pendidikan Profesi
Psikolog/Magister Profesi Psikologi (Kode: PSI)
7. S1 Komunikasi (Kode: KOM)
8. S1 Teknik Informatika (Kode: INF)
9. S1 Teknik Mesin (Kode: TEK)
