Requirements:
* Minimum S1 Degree in IT or equivalent from reputable universities with min GPA 2.75
* Minimum 4 year working experience preferably in Financial Services Industry
* Knowledge in Life Insurance will be an advantage
* Familiar with: Delphi/ VB6/ VB.Net, .Net Technology, MS SQL 2000, and Crystal Reports
* Ability to learn new technologies very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies
* Good attitude, interpersonal and communication skill, customer focus, continuous learning, responsible, and good team player
* Hardworking, independent, able to deliver excellent work yet meet deadlines
* Preferably speak in English

Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of System Applications to meet the business requirements
* Analysis, design, develop and implement System Applications according to existing corporate software development standards
* Produce system and user documentation during the development of systems
* Design and develop database systems
* Test, debug and document software developed
* Carry out maintenance and support of assigned systems
* Plan how work is to be carried out to meet targets of the project or team task

Essential Job Functions:
1. Create Ringtone(Monophonic, Polyphonic, Truetone), voices and sound effect. As for monophonic right now, we only provide monophonic for Nokia phones. For Polyphonic there are 5 type that has to be made by ringtone composer: Midi, Midi 4, Midi 16, MMF SMAF2, and MMF SMAF3. This for some suitable cellphone. As for truetone, we only use MP3 file. Voices and sound effect use MP3 file.
2. Check new releases and top hit songs in the market. Make report weekly
3. Provide the availability of content as commercial product through the mass media or wap

Other Job Functions:
1. Work together with marketing team to prepare or update services in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
* Internet, Microsoft Office
* Having knowledge and skills on composing music
* Familiar with cakewalk, SP midi format, and other music software
* Following the trend of music and Mobile Phone technology
* Knowledge in studio recording
* Female/Male, 22 – 27 years of age, excellent spoken and written English, as well as excellent computer skills.
* Bachelor or Diploma degree
* Able to use Cakewalk, Coding Workshop, Ringtone Converter, Nokia Sound Converter, Fruityloops, play keyboard

Tax & Treasury Assistant Manager (Code: TAM) Post Date: 16 Sep 09

Reports to Tax & Treasury Manager, the candidate is responsible to:

* Minimize of tax liability through good tax planning and management by identifying company specific tax issues and planning to ensure appropriate savings in tax.
* Tax report must be submitted timely and of good quality.
* Review and submit all statutory tax obligations, annual tax returns and tax computations within the required time limits and ensure that all tax queries and issues are dealt within a timely manner.
* Promptly clear outstanding tax backlog and update tax record and solving disputes on all tax and duties (withholding tax, VAT, corporate tax, real property gains tax, stamps duties, customs duties, etc.) with various authorities.
* Aim for zero tax penalty , analyze and report fund movement.
* Monitor foreign exchange and negotiate with bank to get highest rate from time deposit.
*
Review bank reconciliation and examine payment process and accurateness of payment.
* Confirm that payment authorization process procedure adherence to company’s rules.
* Cooperate internally (Purchasing and Marketing) and externally (supplier and distributor) regarding payment process.

General Requirements:

* Must possess at least Bachelor degree from recognized university majoring in Accounting/Finance/Tax/Fiscal.
* Having minimum 2 years experience as tax consultant in tax consultant company or 4 years experience as tax supervisor in MNC.
* Hold a Certified National Tax Consultant issued by IKPI (Brevet A & B) is preferred.
* Must be hands on in solving problem and avoid short cut and short-term solutions.
* Must be strong in detail and number crunching.
* Possess good knowledge of Cost Accounting, Management Accounting and Tax.
* Knowledge/experience with Accounting/Financial software (SAP, JDE, PICKS).
* English proficiency, computer literacy and can operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
