Radio Network Optimization Engineer (Code : RNOE)

Technical Requirements:
* Have knowledge CDMA drive test
* Strong understanding in CDMA network, specially in Radio Acces Network ( Air Interface )

General Requirement :
* Minimum S1 from Telecommunication
o Age around 25 - 27 years
o Having good communication & interpersonal skills
o Minimum 1 years of working experience in same position.
o Male / Female
o Having high integrity, honesty, persistent, independent, can work under pressure, and good working in a team

* Good written and spoken English
o Willingness to travel to all sites in our progress

Responsibility:
* Responsible for CDMA drive test and post processing
* Monitoring Site/cell ( drop call, congestion, and handover)
* Reviewing RF parameters of cell sites
* To identify, resolve, and verify resolution RF problems.
