PENERIMAAN CALON PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL
DI LINGKUNGAN KEMENTERIAN AGAMA
TAHUN 2010
Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia membuka kesempatan kepada Warga Negara Indonesia untuk menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS), dengan ketentuan dan persyaratan sebagai berikut :
I. CARA MENDAFTAR
1. Pendaftaran CPNS dilaksanakan berdasarkan domisili KTP setempat untuk pelamar pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi, Institut Hindu Dharma Negeri (IHDN), Sekolah Tinggi Agama Kristen Negeri (STAKN), Sekolah Tinggi Agama Hindu Negeri (STAHN), dan Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri (STABN), kecuali pelamar pada Unit Eselon I Pusat, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN), Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN), dan Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN).
2. Pengumuman dan pendaftaran CPNS di lingkungan Kementerian Agama secara on-line melalui internet/website dengan alamat www.kemenag.go.id dengan subdomain cpns.kemenag.go.id.
3. Bagi pelamar yang kesulitan menggunakan aplikasi internet/website dapat melakukan pendaftaran/registrasi yang ditujukan langsung kepada panitia pengadaan CPNS masing-masing melalui kantor pos tanpa melampirkan print out entry data pendaftaran.
4. Lamaran ditulis oleh tangan sendiri dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar disertai dengan:
1. Print out entry data pendaftar;
2. Foto copy sah ijazah yang telah dilegalisir sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan;
3. Pas photo ukuran 4 x 6 cm sebanyak dua lembar;
4. Foto copy KTP yang masih berlaku.
5. Surat lamaran dikirim melalui jasa pos, ditujukan kepada panitia Panitia Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil CPNS Pusat/Panitia Pengadaan CPNS Unit Eselon I/Panitia Pengadaan CPNS Daerah dan stempel pos terakhir tanggal 3 November 2010;
6. Pelamar wajib melampirkan amplop balasan yang telah ditempel perangko kilat dengan menuliskan nama dan alamat serta kode pos, bagi pelamar yang tidak melampirkan amplop balasan dinyatakan gugur sebagai peserta.
7. Pada amplop lamaran agar dicantumkan satuan kerja yang dituju dan pekerjaan yang dilamar pada sudut kiri atas contoh terlampir.

II. PERSYARATAN UMUM
1. Warga Negara Indonesia;
2. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 Tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun (pada tanggal 1 Januari 2011).
3. Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih dari 35 Tahun sampai dengan 40 Tahun agar melampirkan bukti wiyata bakti sampai dengan tanggal 1 Januari 2011 minimal 13 Tahun 9 bulan secara terus menerus dan tidak terputus pada instansi pemerintah atau yayasan yang berbadan hukum;
4. Bagi pelamar lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang belum terakreditasi sebelum berlakunya Keputusan Mendiknas Nomor 184/U/2001 tanggal 23 November 2001 harus sudah disahkan oleh Kopertis /Kopertais;
5. Bagi pelamar lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri atau Lembaga Pendidikan Luar Negeri, harus melampirkan Surat Keputusan Penetapan dan Penyetaraan hasil penilaian ijazah lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri dari Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi /Ditjen Pendidikan Agama Islam;
6. Foto copy ijazah Universitas /Institut dilegalisir oleh Rektor, Dekan atau Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik, sedangkan foto copy ijazah Sekolah Tinggi dilegalisir Ketua atau Pembantu Ketua Bidang Akademik;
7. Tanggal penetapan ijazah harus sebelum tanggal pelamaran, sedangkan surat keterangan atau pernyataan lulus tidak diperkenankan;
8. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap;
9. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil /PegawaiSwasta;
10. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri /Pegawai Negeri;
11. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Republik Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah;
12. Tidak menjadi anggota /pengurus PARPOL;
13. Bersedia memenuhi peraturan /ketentuan yang berlaku dalam lingkungan Kementerian Agama.
III. WAKTU PENDAFTARAN
Waktu pendaftaran pelamar melalui website/internet tanggal 25 Oktober 2010 sampai dengan tanggal 3 November 2010.
