Sebagai tindak lanjut Ujian Tertulis Seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah dilingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung Formasi Tahun 2010 pada tanggal 05 Desember 2010 dan berdasarkan Keputusan Bupati Bandung Nomor : 871/Kep.1560-BKPP/2010 Tanggal 13 Desember 2010 tentang Penetapan Kelulusan peserta Ujian Tertulis Seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah dilingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung Formasi Tahun 2010, dengan ini kami umumkan perserta yang lulus ujian tertulis Seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah dilingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung Formasi Tahun 2010, sebagai berikut :
Bagi Peserta yang dinyatakan Lulus Ujian Tertulis agar hadir dan melaporkan diri kepada TIM Pengadaan CPNSD pada hari Kamis, 16 Desember 2010 di Gedung Bersama Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bandung pukul 10.00 WIB dengan membawa tanda peserta seleksi Asli.

NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
In this position, you will challenge a significant role building and managing the day to day partnership with key national customer by leveraging the system brand, human and technical resources in order to deliver the core business plan objectives, with following accountabilities:
* Drive category development, promotional programs and retail marketing through effective management of advertising budgets that result in benefiting both the customer and CCAI.
* Providing relevant information & analysis to facilitate a strong focus on the customer from management and Foodstores teams.
* Working with the National Foodstore Manager to produce a joint Customer Business plan that delivers agreed trading terms, volume, profit and market share for the customer and CCA.
* Conducting regular business reviews that identify issues, solutions and progress the CBP and in-store execution.
* Leveraging the information of the customer’s future direction to develop strategies that optimize sales opportunities for both CCAI and the customer.
* Be a focal point of contact to the customer representing CCAI with accountability for decision making.
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification:
* Excellent Time Management & planning skills
* Possess excellent knowledge in financial principles and analysis
* Highly developed interpersonal, selling skills and a successful negotiator
* Proficient English communication skill, both written and verbal, is a must
* Having minimum three (3) years experience with customer sales management
* Possessing an excellent ability to build partnerships and strategic working relationships.
* Having a good understanding of foodstores concepts

He/she will responsible for:
- Design, prototype and develop mobile products using text, video, photos and other media in collaboration with product, project managers, content strategy, publishers and engineers.
- Gather user data through contextual inquiries, consumer survey or focus group discussions. The user-centered data collected will help align the products design, navigation, information architecture, user experience and content to fit specific target segments.
- Manage the user interaction and visual design of mobile products/interfaces, user centered analysis to devleop a user-centered design that is aesthically appealing.
- Simulate and test new design; prioritize, implement and re-test; create measureable performance goals and provide measurement of user performance.
- Design usability standards and style guides for mobile product design.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma Degree in design, visual communication, computer science, human factors or a related field is required
- Demonstrated experience in mobile UI design, familiarity with current usability research and user-centered design processes
- 3-5 years graphic design and user interface or consumer design experience, including user interface prototyping and user need assesment.
- Demonstrated experience with recent mobile platforms, such as Blackberry, Android, iOS or BREW
- Strong leadership, presentation and communication skill
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and Omni Graffle.
- Must be able to provide design portfolio
- Creative, problem solver and insightfull person who able to work under pressure.
- Highly detail-oriented with a passion for pixel perfection, self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a team environment that is fast-paced with multiple projects.
Mobile Product Strategy (MPS-JD)
He/she will responsible for
- Developing business case & mobile product to fulfill consumer needs on digital media.
- Analyze mobile market trends and giving recommendation for further action.
- Conduct heuristic review, functional testing and usability reviews.
- Review mobile product performance and provide action plan to improve performance.
- Working with mobile vendor, publisher and internal team for mobile apps development.
- Capture client needs (agency & brand) on digital campaign that related to mobile platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from any reputable university
- Demonstrate strong experience on mobile VAS development, preferable from telco or content provider.
- One-year of related working experience
- Good analytical skill, sense of business and project management.
- Big enthusiast on smartphone platform and tablet PC.
- Deep understanding on mobile business model.
- Creative, problem solver and insightfull person who able to work under pressure.
- Strong presentation and communication skill
UX Designer (UX-JD)
He/she will responsible for:
- This position is not just a design, he/she will have opportunity to construct UX frameworks and help to define the vision of end-to-end user experience.
- Being customer advocates, ensuring the highest level of usability, desireability, and customer satisfaciton on mobile products.
- Research, design and prototype product experiences that meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with product team to ensure we maintain industry leadership, delivering innovative, exciting and emotionally engaging products.
- Being the part of team that truly owns the user experiences.
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma Degree in design, visual communication, computer science, human factors or a related field is required
- The successful UX designer candidates has ability to solve difficult UX problems, working closely with project managers, product team and is someone who get things done.
- 3 years of industry experience with visual problem solving as a product designer.
- Exceptional understanding on fundamental design principles (typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, composition).
- Experience in developoing and communicating visual specifications required.
- Consumer-focused thinker who can pro-actively communicate and lead in creative, business and technical discussions.
- Strong work practices and design discipline. A proven record of delivering innovative solutions on time for demanding and complex visual problems.
- Highly detail-oriented with a passion for pixel perfection, self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a team environment that is fast-paced with multiple projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Degree in Interactive Design or related visual field.
