Dengan syarat-syarat sebagai berikut:
1. Umur maksimal 35 tahun
2. Mempunyal gelar Sarjana/Sarjana Muda dari Universitas/Akedemi yang diakui oleh Pemerintah
3. Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam bidang pembangunan PLTU (mereview design dan mengawasi pembangunan/pemasangan Boiler, Generator, Ash Handling, Water Treatment, Instrument, Control System, Coal Handling) kecuali untuk butir 13,14 dan 15
4. Mengerti dan trampil menggunakan MS Office, MS Project, CAD dan Primavera kecuali butir 13,14 dan 15
5. Mengetahul tentang ISO standard, ASME standard, dll, kecuali untuk butir 13,14 dan 15
6. Mengerti tentang standar Lingkungan (UKL/UPL dan AMDAL)
7. Dapat membaca dan menulis yang baik dalam bahasa lnggris
8. Khusus Sarjana/Sarjana Muda Sipil di utamakan yang berpengalaman dalam bidang pernbangunan PLTU terutama untuk Pondasi Mesin dan Struktur Baja
9. Untuk Project Manager/Site Manager/Supervisor lebih disukai yang telah berpengalaman dalam pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap Berbahan Bakar Batu Bara
10. Untuk no.14 lebih disukai yang telah berpengalaman mengenai kontrak-kontrak pembangunan proyek infrastruktur den pembangkit tenaga listrik.
