Requirements:
* Experience in training area, especially for sales in insurance or banking or other financial institution
* Branch development experience is an advantage
* Willing to travel
* Able to work in long working hours environment
* Good presentation & negotiation skills, with strong influence & persuasiveness
* Ready to be stationed at branch office

Responsibilities:
* To deliver and implement of training to and Bank Mandiri front liner or AFI sales force including training for new distribution channel such as Worksite, Mobile, Credit Card Group, Consumer Loan Group, Call Center, Micro Banking etc
* To be responsible to develop and monitor sales performance to ensure the productivity of sales force and also to achieve company sales target
* Together with unit head to ensure key imperative of training dept. will achieve and implement base on company target letter
* Responsible of department budget to effectiveness and efficiency of division budget usage

Requirements:
* S1, majoring in Accounting
* Has experience in billing & collection process

Responsibilities:
* Monitoring collection activities by cashiers in internal payment points (KPP)
* Ensuring all payments received in KPP are transferred to bank accurately and on a timely manner
* Monitoring collection received in external payment points (banks)
* Preparing collection reconciliation report for internal & external payment points
* Processing non-cash payment (payment through bank transfer) in CC&B system
* Analyzing complaints on payment - wrong payment and double payment
* Conducting payment cancellation / transfer when necessary, as a follow up form complaint
* Analyzing complaints on payment – unrecorded payment
* Coordinating with relevant parties for complaint on unrecorded payment
* Updating installment scheme in CC&B system based on information from KPP
* Monitoring payment negligence after due date, including negligence on paying installment
* Preparing target list for warning letter & disconnection
* Preparing other necessary reports related to payment and collection

* General Accountability:
o Ensuring collection activities and reconciliation in internal and external payment points are running smoothly and ensuring resolution on payment-related complaints.

Geologist (GEO)
The incumbent will be responsible for coal geological aspect interpretation (correlation, geological structure) supervise the drilling activities, and well-logging result interpretation

Requirements:

* Must posses geological engineering degree, with min 2 years experience in coal mining industry
* POP Certification will be an advantage

Geotechnic & Hydrology Engineer (GET)
The incumbent will be responsible to evaluate and recommend geotechnical & hydrological designs and standard for mine planning, over burden, excavation & disposal, and civil engineering construction

Requirements:

* Must posses mining or geological engineering degree with min 2 years geotechnical and hydrological experience in coal mining industry
* POP certification will be an advantage

Mine Engineer (ME)
The incumbent will be responsible to design mine plan and supervise mining process by contractor

Requirements:

* Must possess mining engineering degree with min 1 year experience in coal mining industry
* POP & Second blaster course certification will be an advantage

LK3 System Analyst (LSA)
The incumbent will be responsible to develop, implement, monitor LK3 system & performance document and data, and also prepare the LK3 report

Requirements:

* Must possess bachelor degree related with environment, health or safety with min 5 years experience in coal mining industry
* POP, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification or other environment management system certification will be an advantage

Survey Supervisor (SVY)
The incumbent will be responsible to control, monitor, and supervise coal mining survey activities

Requirements:

* Must posses bachelor degree in geodetic engineering with min 2 years experience in coal mining industry
* POP & Mining Surveyor certificate will be an advantage

Project Manager (PM)
The incumbent will be responsible to manage and ensure all aspect of mining including production, plant finance, SH & E, GA & HR accordingly to the project’s KPI & target

Requirements:

* Min 5 years experience as a Superintendent in mining project
* POM certification is a must

Coal Processing Plant Supervisor (CPP)
The incumbent will be responsible to organize coal handling activities from weight-bridge, ROM, crusher and stock-pile to barge loading

Requirements:

* Must possess bachelor degree in mining/geology/mechanical engineering or any other relevant disciplines with min 2 years experience in coal mining industry
* POP certifications will be an advantage

Safety & Environment Supervisor (SES)
The incumbent will be responsible to supervisor the implementation of safety procedure in mining area

Requirements:

* Must possess bachelor degree in Environment, safety and Health / Mechanical / Civil Engineering with min 2 years experience in coal mining industry
* POP, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certification or other environment management system certification will be an advantage

Production & Engineering Dept. Head (PE)
The incumbent will be responsible to plan, control & monitor mine production

Requirements:

* Min 3 years experience in the same position
* POM certification is a must
* Familiar with mine planning software (i.e. Mine Scape)

Plant Department Head (PD)
The incumbent will be responsible to plan, analyze, control mechanical operation to be effective and efficient

Requirements:

* Min 3 years experience in the same position in mining project
* Qualified in Mechanical Engineer
* POM certification is a must

Management Trainee (MT)
The candidate will get a comprehensive program both in-class training and on-the-job training in sales, marketing, engineering, parts, finance and accounting

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Mining, Geological, Statistical, Forestry, Electrical, Mechanical, and IndustrialEngineering
* Fresh graduate is preferable

Officer (OF)
The candidates will be in-charge to support our technical or administrative area in parts, services, finance & accounting division

Requirements:

* Diploma Degree from technical major and economic major
