SEMARANG- Markas Besar TNI Angkatan Darat (AD) membuka pendaftaran untuk calon taruna Akmil Tahun Angkatan (TA) 2009 dengan persyaratan: warga negara Indonesia, lulusan SMA/MA tahun 2004-2008 jurusan IPA dengan rata-rata nilai ujian nasional tidak kurang dari 6,5 (lulusan 2009 akan ditentukan kemudian), usia minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 22 tahun pada 1 Agustus 2009.
Sekretaris II Panda IV Jateng/DIY Kol Caj Drs Daryono menambahkan, bagi calon yang mempunyai berminus mata 3/4-1 bagi lulusan 2004-2008 nilai rata-rata tidak kurang dari 7,5.
Calon peserta harus memiliki tinggi badan minimal 165 cm (berat badan seimbang), berkelakuan baik dan tidak sedang kehilangan haknya menjadi prajurit TNI, serta belum menikah.
Bagi yang berminat dapat mendaftarkan diri sampai 27 Maret 2009. Process Engineer - Hydrometallurgy
Responsible:
* Review the Engineering Work & Documentation: PID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram), mass & heat balance, Layout and Drawings, Equipment specifications, Calculation notes
* Control and optimization of process design in accordance with company process design data
* Coordination between Engineering Team & Project Team (meetings, reports, brainstorming, discussions…)
* Participation in HAZOP, ENVID, SIL, Constructability, Operability….review & meetings
* Participation in Equipment suppliers assessment and comparison
* Participation in the operating principles development & future team elaboration
* Coordination inside the Project Team with other areas: Mining, Utilities & Energy
* Maintenance, Elec Instrum., Infrastructure
Qualification:
* Chemical Engineering Degree (S1)
* 2-5 years experience in Industrial Project / Production (Chemical / Mineral Industry) or Engineering. Any experience in process industry would be valuable
* Open minded & curious, keen of participating in a great industrial adventure with plenty of future opportunities
* Strong communication skills, self motivated and independent, working autonomous, organize knowledge database
Other Requirement
* Implementation stage will require rotation on site during construction, commissioning and test work
* The Job requires expatriation to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in the Engineering Task Force (2 to 4 years)
* The Job requires possible missions to France for process learning and participation in pilot test work, and relationship with support team in company research
* The Job requires punctual visits & missions to suppliers (Regional & Worldwide)
* Require to learn the company’s hydrometallurgical process to become an expert of it

Maintenance Engineer Team Lead (Electrical)

Requirements:
* Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years engineering maintenance experience in oil refinery or petrochemical industry;
* Good experience, knowledge and skills on electrical equipment;

* Generally this is an “up from the ranks” role (ie, former craft / maintenance technician / front line leader). Other field professional assignments both before and after this role are possible;
* Knowledge on GAME ME/ GSAP processes;
* Work authorisation in Singapore is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for day-to-day corrective and proactive maintenance and/or troubleshooting for all electrical engineering related matters;
* Responsible to manage maintenance assistant engineers (AE), technicians and closely supervises contractors' personnel activities and ensuring optimum usage of contractor manpower;
* Responsible to follow the GAME-ME work process on all electrical equipment-related works in the PU to ensure quality maintenance carried out in an effective and efficient manner;
* Works with PU Planner for preventive maintenance of electrical equipment;
* Prepares job specifications of the electrical maintenance team;
* Works closely and establish good teamwork with Operations, Technology (Plant and Central), Maintenance and Technical Support Group (MFBE5) in carrying out routine maintenance, shutdowns and minor project works in the PU;
* Contribute to scoping of work in plant turnaround planning;
* Play the lead executing role or Q-captain role for the turnaround;
* Participate in Flawless start-up initiative. May be assigned as a Q-captain;
* Raise, Review, coordinate and plan execute CRER, PCR and minor projects and plant shutdown;
* Responsible to provide good documentation to ensure all equipment technical records and drawings are updated to reflect the latest changes in GSAP;
* Provides constructive feedback/technical advice/input to Operations staff in the PU and his/her maintenance team on electrical matters;
* Responsible to provide first line development and technical competence assurance of electrical maintenance team;
* Seeks continual improvement in technology, procedures and techniques to improve electrical equipment performance;
* Responsible to maintain work requests planning and records on maintenance works using GSAP system;
* Provides input to maintenance manager in planning/preparing/monitoring budget for all electrical maintenance work and executes the works within the budget.
