Kualifikasi :
1. Pendidikan S1 atau S2 dari PTN/PTS ternama terakreditasi A atau B dari Fakultas :
- Ekonomi
- Hukum
- Pertanian
- Psikologi
- Fisip (jurusan Administrasi Niaga/Bisnis/Fiskal/hubungan International)
- Teknik
- MIPA (jurusan Matematika/Statistik)
2. Usia
- S1 : Usia maks 27 tahun (belum berulang tahun ke-28) per 1 Januari 2011.
- S2 : Usia maks 30 tahun (belum berulang tahun ke-31) per 1 Januari 2011.
3. IPK
- S1 : PTN minimal 2,75 (skala 4,00), PTS minimal 3,00 (skala 4,00).
- S2 : Minimal 3,25 (skala 4,00) dengan IPK S1 sesuai ketentuan diatas.
4. Diutamakan aktif kegiatan organisasi.
5. Belum menikah dan bersedia tidak menikah selama mengikuti pendidikan.
6. Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas.
7. Bersedia menyerahkan seluruh dokumen pendukung saat dipanggil.
8. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh unit kerja BRI di Wilayah PAPUA (untuk pelamar wilayah PAPUA), MALUKU (untuk pelamar wilayah MALUKU) ataupun NTT (untuk pelamar wilayah NTT).
