1. RECEPTIONIST

Job Description:
Answer incoming and out going phone calls
Mail distribution, invoice and canteen administration
File documents
Willing to work long hours when required

Requirements:
Senior High School or Diploma
Female under 25 years old
Fluent spoken & written English
Skillful with MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel and MS-Word
Good understanding of accounting job


2. Junior Secretary

Job Description:
Answer incoming and out going phone calls
Assist The BOD in managing their time for meetings, travel arrangement, hotel booking etc
Check and analysis of travel & hotel expenses
Mail, magazine and fax distribution to all departments
Filling of documents
Summary/report daily news and translate those articles into English
Willing to work long hours when required

Requirements:
Diploma in secretary or Degree in Management
Female under 27 years old
Fluent spoken & written English
Skillful with MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel and MS-Word
