BANKING OPERATION Code : BO

Purpose of the Job :

Report to Finance, Risk and Revenue Manager, responsible for cover all bank operation and letter of credit (LC) arrangement, will perform daily operational fund management, monitoring bank reconciliation, controlling import LC cycle (opening & payment), and propose an efficient and effective banking operation cycle


Requirements :
Min. 2 year experience in similar position in well known bank or MNC will be an advantage
Has experiences and good technical knowledge in Banking
Bachelor degree majoring Finance/Accounting, with min. GPA 3.00
Familiar with export procedure
High motivation, good interpersonal skills, detail type person, curious and team work player
Conversant with English (Oral / written) is a must
Conversant with MS office operation

Responsibilities :
Handling daily fund Management (ensure efficiency and balance in any bank account)
Performing bank reconciliation (highlight any outstanding and abnormal items)
Ensure facility utilization and minimize cost
Import LC opening/payment
Monitor pending LC to ensure its validity and any amendment /extension
Coordinate with purchasing to get up to date information of raw material purchase
Able to explain and influence related department to make correction which may lead to a robust internal control
