Assistant Business Support Officer / Assistant GA Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Perform the budget composition administration of all goods necessity, both inventory and office equipment for one year-budgeting period in related branch.
Perform the periodic and sudden controlling on overall fixed asset, cleanness and neatness of bank inventory warehouse and file.
Convey the detailed report on the quantity of goods/fixed asset, office equipment owned by branch and periodically report the use of office equipment and office suppplies from time to time.
Create other reports related to general administration to be reported to General Division Head.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:
Report to the Head of Operations (Asia Pacific)
To lead and motivate a team of 5 in supporting and processing multi-currency mortgage loans and deposit accounts
To provide excellent customer service whilst adhering to the Bank’s service standard and internal/external; operational, compliance, credit and key control systems and procedures.
To ensure that all drawdowns, rollovers, repayments and prepayments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
To resolve queries and identify errors
Generate a culture of continued improvement through performance coaching and leading by example in terms of commitment, enthusiasm and drive.
Manage cash management of clearing accounts
Take ownership and manage reconciliation and breaks investigation including nostro, suspense and Wallstreet accounts.
Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge and market awareness within the mortgage sector
To support the Business in any product launch and system implementation and migration
Manage currency breaches, delinquency and debt collection of mortgage loans portfolio

Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
5-7 years of relevant experience in loans administration, remittances and FX transactions
Good knowledge of retail banking products and operations particularly in the areas of mortgage loans financing and deposits
A good aptitude to a computerised loan system and its operation and accounting
Any experience with Smartstream TLM, Wallstreet and Equation Systems would be highly advantageous.
Knowledge of new system implementation and UAT
Resourceful with lots of initiative and an enquiring mind
Strong leadership skills; Highly motivated with a hands on attitude
Effective supervision of staff with good interpersonal and communications skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines and provide timely management reporting
Exceptional organizational, analytical and managerial skills
