CRM Consultant -SAP
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the designing, modifying and implementing of SAP's CRM software as per customers' need to enhance functionality and overall performance
Reviews customers' need with respect to customers’ system and its relation to SAP software capabilities
Determines scope of projects and makes presentation of project findings and recommendations
Actively involves in project implementation such as preparing work schedule, planning a stage-by-stage implementation plan and ensuring that the project meets deadline.

Requirements:
Based in Jakarta. Indonesian, Male/ Female, age 30 - 38 years.
Fluency in English both oral and written is essential and a must.
Hold S-1 Degree in Computer Science/ Information Management / Engineering.
SAP Product Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in SAP's CRM is required
English proficiency is a must
At least 4- 5 years of consulting experience in a techno-functional capacity
Sound understanding of implementation workflows and methodologies
Able to translate business requirements into IT-specifications to facilitate for development work
Preferably assumed a team lead role in an implementation project



Project Manager -SAP (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
Ensure that services are executed consistently and in compliance with overall strategy across all areas (Services, Support, Partner, Marketing)
Key point of contact for liaison with Account Executives and MOVE Upgrade Champions
Oversees day to day management / operations including planning & reporting up to Upgrade Management Office
Responsible for ensuring overall quality in service delivery and high customer satisfaction
Aligns with Indonesia Alliance Lead for driving partners related activities in the region
Coordinates and supports other Indonesia Project Managers in Asia Pacific for achieving Global deliverables
Engages in all local events for Upgrades in the countries
Jointly formulate the strategy for localization of Global activities in the country

Requirements:
Based in Jakarta. Indonesian, Male/ Female, age 30 - 38 years.
Fluency in English both oral and written is essential and a must.
Hold S-1 Degree in Computer Science/ Information Management
SAP Product Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
Expertise in upgrade tools & methodologies (technical & business)
Technical Knowledge of Upgrade Process (ERP 6.0)
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong pre-sales and value engineering skills with focus on upgrade topic
Having 3- 5 years hands-on experience in managing upgrade projects
Needs deep business and technology understanding of ERP
upgrade (is able to speak both languages, IT and business)
