RETAIL BANKING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - Jabotabekacilser

Job description:
Provide advice and solution to our customers on their financial needs
Acquire new customers and develop the portfolios
Deepen relationship with existing customer


General Requirement:
Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 2,75 (scale 4)
Fresh graduate or experienced in financial institution less than 2 years
Have strong interpersonal relationship and communication skill
Have high integrity, dynamic, and independent


Role and Responsibilities:
As trainee for 12 weeks: 5 weeks in class and 7 weeks On the Job Training
Through 3 months of probation period
