Responsibilities:
* Responsible for maintaining quality standards and implementation of IT BTPN service quality standards and production of IT
* Responsible for testing in making plans and recommendations for system improvement
* Responsible for regular review, analyze and monitor the quality of service / production
* Actively communicate the quality standards that apply
Requirements:
* Age not more than 38 years.
* Having experience in Quality Control, especially in the banking industry at least 5 years.
* Having knowledge in the area of "IT Control Method" (COBIT, PMBOOK)
* S1 Information Technology from the University of famous.
* Active in English both oral and written.
