Recruitment Staff (Outsource)

Responsibilities:
* To handle recruitment & selection activities from sorting CV, contact candidates, conducting psychological test, and doing recruitment administration related tasks
* To support HR project activities

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university major in Psychology with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Age maximum 25 years old.
* Fluent in English (both oral and written).
* Familiar with psychological diagnostic tools is a plus.

Field Quality Improvement Staff

Responsibilities:
* Collect field information and incident parts
* Prioritize the issues and request countermeasure
* Supply C/M information to the field
* TR Issue to each sourcing

Requirements:
* Graduate from vocational high school major in automotive engineering and has bachelor degree major in Mechanical Engineering.
* Has experience 1 year in similar field, preferably from automotive company (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
* Male, 22 – 27 years old.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.
* Has big interest in automotive.
* Has good knowledge on technical automotive.
* Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
* Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure and available to work overtime.
* Can drive and has driving license (SIM A).
