Professional Partner Manager
Medan (Sumatera Utara), Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in B2B / B2C is required for this position.
    Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

    Hands-on experience building partner programs
    Proven experience working cross-functionally across multiple organizations and with third party organization
    Excellent project management skills and experience
Responsibilities:
    Build, maintain & strengthen relationship with project stake holder such as Owner, Consultant & Contractor and manage Philips existing/future partner
    Responsible to ensure that Philips products achieve the widest penetration possible in the industrial and commercial area (i.e : Mining, Oil & Gas, Standard Factory, hotel, shopping mall)
    Develop customers focus
    Collaborate with Best Partner in standardizing and implementation  business planning & performance review process
    Managing account receivable of business partners as target
    To ensure and additional requirement on specific product (innovative sales) refer to market potency; Enhance the competencies of Philips and dealer sales personnel's.
