Requirements:
* Male / Female, maksimum 30 years old
* Understandingof planning / construction / operation of drinking water projects / water resources sector.
* Havingtechnicalexpertiseinwater resources sector.
* Having knowledgeand experience related to KPS/Public private partnership in the field of drinking water.
* Having knowledgerelated to real demand survey methods in the water sector.
* Having knowledgerelated to the development of regional SPAM.
* Having knowledge related to water resources management.
* Having good analytical & problem solving skills
* Hard working, fast learning, setail, and good interpersonal skill.
* Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
* Good command of english both in written and spoken is a must.

* Minimum Bachelor Degree In Any Major from reputable university
* Having minimum 2 years experience in government project / state owned company / multinational company / multilateral organization.
* Having good experience in all activities of the procurement process.
* Having good knowledge in government procurement regulations and e-procurement best practices.
* Having good analytical & problem solving skills
* Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill.
* Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
* Good command of english both in written and spoken is a must.
