Graduate Development Program

Requirement

REQUIRED
- Minimum grade point average of 3.2 (out of 4.0)
- Enthusiastic and committed to pursuing a career in the global insurance industry
- Graduating between November 2013 to June 2014 and available for full-time employment starting July 2014. Recent graduates will also be considered

- Possess valid work visa for Indonesia

PREFERRED

Job Description

This is a country rotational program where you will get hands on experience across our businesses. You could find yourself working closely with senior managers in Indonesia, where you will acquire country specific knowledge during the three 6 months rotations across various businesses. You should expect to find yourself spending time with at least one of our core businesses whether it is in Consumer or Commercial. Also included in the program are 1-2 short overseas assignments where you will get a regional view of our businesses to broaden your perspective, skill set and network. At the end of the 18 month program, you will be assigned to a business function with a long term view to grow into a leadership position within the country.
