Senior Staff for Export Business

Job description:
Monitoring PO from overseas customer and local supplier
Maintain delivery schedule shipment from local supplier to customer overseas
Maintain monthly forecast
Monthly report to superior for sales and GP with making presentation
Monitoring monthly payment from customer overseas

Requirement:
Experiences in sales trading company or manufacturing (min 2 years)
Fluent in Japanese and English
Male / female min 27 years old
Proficient in power point, Ms excel, Ms word and outlook
Good in analyze and reporting


Manager for Accounting
Job description
Prepare financial reports. Assist to preparation of strategic plans, budgets & financial forecasts.
Responsible for the company cash flow.
Supervise subordinate activities and gives advices etc. to have them carried out their own tasks properly and timely.
Other Accounting Management Functions include Internal control, Cost control, Revenue control etc.

Requirement
Primary:
Bachelor Degree of Accounting (Sarjana Ekonomi – Akuntansi), Graduated from reputable University *)
Understand of Indonesia Accounting Standard (PSAK) and IFRS is a must.
Experience in Accounting ERP system is must (AX Microsoft Dynamic or other ERP System)
At least 3 years working experience as assistant manager for Accounting or Experience working in Public accounting firm at least 2 years
Others:
Active English Speaking
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
Male, age between 35-40 years old. (as of 31 Dec 2013)
Work hard, independently and self motivator.


Supervisor for Sales & Purchasing in Machinery

General description
The candidate will handle jobs/tasks of sales related to machinery and equipment needed in production line (for automotive industries), such as die cast machine, machining tools, parts, etc.

Job description
Supervise and carry out a series of purchase and sales tasks such as prepare purchase order, sales contract, quotation, prepare invoice, control order status, control shipment & delivery schedule, manage order forecast and inventory.
Sales & Profit calculation and analysis

Requirement:
Male
S1 or D3, Mechanical Engineering is advantage
30 years old and above
More than 3 years experience as Supervisor in Sales/Export-Import/Trading/PPIC
Working experience in Japanese manufacturing company or trading company will be advantage.
Active English and Japanese is a must
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word


Senior Staff for Finance

Job description

Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data
Preparing payments by accruing expenses
Account payable control

Requirement
Male / Female
S1 from reputable university and above
≥ 3 years experience
Min. 25 years old
Working experience in Japanese manufacturing company or trading company will be advantage
Active emglish
Proficient in Ms excel, Ms Word
