Construction Manager

Requirements :
* Male
* Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Civil Engineering
* Experience at least 5 years in the related field, or handle a project infrastructure, industrial plant, oil & gas, EPC, petrochemical or operation maintenance power plant.
* Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
* Developing work plans, managing deadlines and able to coordinate the activity with project team and sub-team.
* Able to work independently to achieve project goals within tight deadlines
* Having a good leadership to able to communicate with employee
* Able to make a good desicion, discipline, responsible and having a good communication skill
* Able to lead medium sized team
* Dynamic personality
* Fluent in English, TOEFL minimal 500

Job Description
* Assist in the implementation of project to achieve efficient budget.
* Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to be a appropriate with the deadline program.
* Lead, solve the problem and take appropriate decisions related to constraints in the field.
* Evaluating the quality of work.
* Provide and prepare regular reports to Project Manager.
