Japanese Intrepreter Staff (JIS)

Job Description
* Interpreting Bahasa to Japanese Language or vice versa for every
activities
* Translating data, information and document from Bahasa to Japanese
Language or vice versa

Requirements:
* Maximum age 45 years old
* Certified Japanese language proficiency test minimum level 2
(Noryoku Shiken) is a must
* Having an experience as interpreter minimum 3 years in Japanese
Manufacturing companies is preferable
* Familiar with office application such as Ms-Office (Word,
Excel,Power Point)
* Have a working experience in Japan minimum 2 years will be an advantage
* Willing to be place in every location


Budget & Payment Control

Job Description
* Prepare Dept. Sales budget plan from all section for Dept. Finance
and Accounting
* Monitoring budget, realization and payment for dealer
* Analyze monitoring budget and payment development system
* Able to overcome the work overload so the invoice process can be
maintain with maximal
* Able to create monitoring invoice report based on AFA (budget)

Requirements:
* Male
* Age around 25 - 28 years old
* Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
* Have minimum 2 year experience in finance and accounting especially
in Account Payable
* Understand tax (tax invoice, PPN, PPh23)
* Able to create good report
* Able to operate Computer especially Excel, M. Word, Graphic, and
Power Point
* Good understanding in accounting and tax
* Well proven in English (both spoken & written) is an advantage.
