Maximum 24 years old (not passed the 25th birthday in the year of ongoing recruitment)
Minimum possess Associate degree / Diploma 3
Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
Minimum height for male candidate 160 cm and minimum height for female candidate 155 cm
Proportional weight and attractive look
Willing to undergo employment bond for 3 years
Doesn’t have any family relationship (parent / child / sibling) with Bank BTN employee
Placement in: Bandung, Tasikmalaya, Cirebon, Banten, and Jabodetabek
General Banking Staff
General Banking Staff (GBS) is a recruitment program for staff level position that will be placed in several work fields that fully support the passage of company's business process. The participant will be equipped with education and training concentrated at funding and lending.
