URGENTLY REQUIRED

PT Semen Andalas Indonesia a subsidiary of world leader in cement manufacturing and building material having its operation in Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau and Batam invites you to join our team to be based in Lhok Nga-Plant, Aceh as:


1. Cement Mill Engineer (Code: CME)

Reports to Electrical Execution Manager, the candidate is responsible to:

· Develop inspection, operation and procedures on all electrical equipments.

· Develop maintenance schedule and planning according to applied standard operation procedure.

· Supervise execution of scheduled maintenance.

· Conduct RCA and propose any improvement and or adjustment to increase equipments reliability.

· Conduct routine inspection system (2nd level check) to all related equipments and its utilities.

· Execute any trouble shooting on the equipments.

· Supervise in place equipments repair, and ensure its done well as scheduled.

· Assist other job at an incidental time, i.e. plant shutdown.

· To keep the workplace is in clean and safe condition through good house keeping.

· Follow any safety procedures during the work.

· Prepare timely reporting system to superior.



General Requirements:

· Must possess at least Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering.

· Having 5 to 10 years working experiences in an industrial set up, preferably in a cement manufacturing.

· General knowledge of cement manufacturing processes and equipments.

· Good knowledge of electrical equipments and troubleshooting.

· Good knowledge of CMMS.

· Knowledge of electrical design, and calculation.

· Good knowledge of safety rules and regulations.

· Computer literate, Windows, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

· Fluent in English.

2. Mechanical Workshop & Utility (Code: MWU)

Reports to Mechanical Execution Manager, the candidate is responsible to:

· Develop inspection and operation methods on all shop equipments.

· Ensure that all shop equipments and its utilities are in good condition through routine inspection and maintenance.

· Deliver specific job to subordinate to execute shop fabrication, modification or recondition as required by other section.

· Supervise in place equipments repair, and ensure its done well as scheduled.

· Assist other job at an incidental time, i.e. plant shutdown.

· To keep the workplace is in clean and safe condition through good house keeping.

· Follow any safety procedures during work.

· Prepare shop reporting system to superior.



General Requirements:

· Good knowledge of mechanical equipments and troubleshooting.

· Good knowledge of workshop equipments and utilities, i.e. CNC, Welding Machine, etc.

· Knowledge of mechanical design, and calculation.

· Good knowledge of safety rules and regulations

· Computer literate, Windows, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

· Fluent in English.


3. Electrical Execution Manager (Code: EEM)

Reports to Maintenance Manager, the candidate is responsible to:

· Develops working method in his/her field: defines procedures and ensures that they are implemented.

· Defines and implements the execution process in conjunction with the production manager.

· Ensures proper execution of works and resources, Conduct Risk Assessments before executing any job.

· Direct and coordinates implementation of Electrical Execution.

· Plans maintenance activities in a way that is compatible with overall operation of the plant. Planning is both long term (3 years plan and budget) and short term (monthly or weekly activities).

· Decide the mechanical execution in detail before hands on.

· Responsible of TO. Implementation within Department by the needs of maintenance strategy.

· Reliability, maintain expected life span of equipment and reduce department cost.

· Ensure a safe working condition in the respective working location to support the company’s safety policy.



General Requirements:

· University graduate in Electrical engineering with at least 10 years working experience in an industrial set up, preferably in a cement manufacturing.

· Good knowledge of cement manufacturing processes and its operation.

· Good knowledge of production management & planning, electrical engineering, industrial automation, its installations, operations and trouble shooting.

· Knowledge of interpreting electrical sheets and drawing.

· Knowledge of quality management methods (ISO) and of TPM.

· Knowledge of project management techniques.

· Good knowledge of safety rules and regulations.

· Computer literate for Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.

· Fluent in English and Bahasa.
