Air Conditioning Sales Engineer

Requirements:

Technical background, preferably Bachelor in Refrigeration / Air Conditioner / Physics
Have a good knowledge of Air Conditioning / Refrigeration system
Min. 1 year experience in the same field, preferably as Project Sales / HVAC Consultant
Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
Excellent presentation & negotiation skill
Able to communicate in English
Computer literate (Autocad, Power Point, Excel)
Willing to travel and/or placement

Recruitment Supervisor
Jakarta Raya - Gandaria 8 Office Tower, Jl. Sultan Iskandar Muda

Responsibilities:

Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee
Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system
Ensure the recruitment process aligned with man power planning
Doing a psychological test assesstment
Develop assessment tools for selection process
Responsible for man power management process
Assist branches in term of man power management and recruitment process
Associated with a third party, such as outsourcing firms and headhunters

Requirements:

University graduate, Bachelor in Psychology with min. GPA > 3.0
Min. 1 year experience in the same field
Have a good knowledge of Psychological test
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
Highly motivated, self initiative, persistence and detail oriented person
Good command in English, computer literate (Internet & MS-Office)
