Field Collection Manager
(Tasikmalaya, Subang, Sukabumi, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Manado, TanaToraja, Pontianak)
Requirements:
Male maximum 35 years old.
Min. D3 Degree in any discipline, with min. GPA 2.75.
Having experiences in collection (in finance and banking institution), min. 3 years.
Having experiences as a teamleader or supervisor, min. 2 year.
Having a good communication and interpersonal skill.
High motivated and target oriented personality.
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Responsibilities:
Leading collection team under their supervision.
Responsible to manage field collector's and team leader's daily activities in order to achieve amount collected target and reduce credit cost and deliquency rate.
Coaching and motivating the officers under their supervision.
