Kami Anak Perusahaan PT Pertamina (Persero) yang bergerak di bidang retail membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk posisi:
1. Staf Teknik, (2 orang)
2. Staf Operasi (1 orang)
3. Staf Merchandise (1 orang)
4. Staf Marketing & Store Development (2 orang)
S. Staf Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) (1 orang)
6. Staf Logistik (2 orang)
7. Staf Regional Operation Representative (ROR) (4 orang untuk wilayah Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar dan Medan)

Dengan Kriteria sebagai berikut:
1. Umur antara 27-32 tahun dengan pendidikan S1 (semua Jurusan), khusus Staf Teknik tamatan S1 Teknik Sipil/Mesin
2. Untuk Staf Teknik diutamakan berpengalaman dalam perawatan dan pemeliharaan SPBU sedangkan untuk Staf lainnya minimum 3 tahun berpengalaman di bidang masing-masing (pada perusahaan di bidang minimarket, supermarket/perkulakan)
3. Computer Literate, menguasai MS Office, khusus Staf Teknik menguasai program Auto Cad.
4. Bagian Marketing, Operasi dan ROR, diutamakan mempunyai kendaraan sendiri
5. Memiliki kemampuan bekerja dalam tim,
6. Mampu bekerja menghadapi tekanan,
7. Bagian Operasi & Merchandise, memiliki kemampuan dlm pengaturan layout/planogram outlet.
8. Bagian Operasi & ROR, memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan impelementasi SOP,
9. Khusus untuk ROR berdomisiii di lokasi yang dibutuhkan / bersedia ditempatkan di wilayah yang dibutuhkan.

1. TRANSMISSION NETWORK DESIGN (TND) ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:
Availability: Immediately
Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering
Above 3 (three) years of working experience in Telecommunication industry
Able to perform capacity/traffic dimensioning, network topology design, node and link dimensioning, choice of transmission media & equipment network impact studies, field survey and site selection support, network operation & management systems, transmission network optimization.
Ericsson Mini-Link equipments (Mini-Link E, Traffic Node, and High-Capacity). Experiences in other Transmission equipments (ie, DXX, Marconi) will be an advantage.
Excellent communication in English
Willing to travel and located in around Indonesia

2. SITAC/CME COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assigned to perform monitoring Site Acquisition process for securing progress achievement purpose.
To ensure services delivered by SPs are following to Ericsson standard requirement.
To participate in tender/bid proposal process.
To review site acquisition result reporting, Legal document checking and acceptance.
To ensure and review services delivered by SPs are following to Ericsson standard requirement.
To advise toward problem solving on problematic site to anticipate the progress delay

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate from Civil / Electrical Engineering
Having more than 4 years experience in Site Acquisition Activity
Familiar with GSM/CDMA environment is an advantage
Advanced understanding of Project Schedule, Project Budget , Project Quality, Project Risk and other project tools
Good knowledge in Ms Windows application software
Good knowledge using tools such as GPS and application software such as MapInfo, Photoshop, etc and to approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.

3. BTS/Node B Senior Engineer/Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working in the Radio team
Responsible for the maintenance and system changes of the BTS/NodeB, SDH, Microwave transmission equipment of the Cell Sites.
To work with the team for system handover and acceptance for the new cell sites or capacity expansion

QUALIFICATIONS:
Holder of Degree in Telecom, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related discipline or equivalent
For Senior Engineer, 5 years of experience in the 2G and 3G cell sites
For Engineer, 3 years of experience in the 2G and 3G cell sites
In-depth experience in BTS/NodeB, Microwave and SDH transmission equipment
Strong technical know how on Ericsson BTS/Node B and SDH, and NEC Microwave is highly desirable
Good experience in Cell Site CME ( AC/DC power, air conditioning )
Familiar with PC applications which include MS Word, Excel, Project and SQL database
Good leadership and excellent inter-personal skills
Good command of written and spoken English.

4. RF OPTIMIZATION SENIOR ENGINEER / RF ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform Network Design and Pre-Planning
· Perform Drive-test and Logfiles Analysis for New Sites
· Network Detailed Planning - Frequency, Code and BSS Parameter Planning
· Network Optimization - Frequency, Neighbors, BSS Parameter Fine-tuning
· Perform Monthly Network Benchmarking
· Handling Customers and VIP Complaints
· Design & Optimization Report Preparation
· Responsible maintenance cluster area to achieve Network KPI (CSSR, HOSR, Call Drop) and monitoring the network for trouble shooting.
· Supervise RF & Optimization Team (for Senior RF Engineer)

REQUIREMENTS:
· Availability: Immediately
· Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering
· Above 5 (five) years of working experience in Telecommunication industry and experience in Radio Optimization (for Senior RF) and 3 years for RF Engineer
· Have at least 2 years of traffic statistics analysis experience of GSM/UMTS network
· Have a strong knowledge of RF optimization procedure, system parameters and access media functionalities.
· Excellent knowledge of radio service layer, RF interference and configuration characteristics.
. Familiar with Huawei RF Parameter setting is an advantage.
· Excellent in communication in English
· Self-motivated, with keen analytical and technical skills in preparing report
· Willing to travel
