Outsourcing Assistant
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Qualifications:
* Basic:
o Proficiency in both writhen and spoken Chinese, proficiency in English. Literate in basic computer skill.
* General:
o Independent, Telecomm engineering experience, excellent problem solving, analytical and management skills, excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, and be familiar with subcons Indonesia.

* Competencies:
o Good knowledge in administrative and secretary and have minimum 3 years experience in the commercial / outsourcing field.


Responsibilities:
* Manage project outsourcing affairs, which include:
o Subcontractor manage during project implementation
o Support PM to resolve all the relevant outsourcing issue
o PR/PO manage
o Keep trace for progress of PO payment
o Outsourcing purchase support
o Organize to evaluate Subcon’s performance
