IMPORT, SHIPING PLANNING & INVETORY CONTROL
Location : Batam / Perawang Packing Plant
Requirements:
1. Education : University degree (any discipline)
2. Experience :
* Min one year experience in shipping/logistic
* Understand process of cement production
* Understand process of logistic distribution
* Understand process of loading cargo on port i.e. parties and equipment
3. Computer literacy : Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
4. Language : Excellent of English both oral & written
5. Other qualification / skills :
* Good Interpersonal and communication skill
* Problem Solving ability
* Time management & reporting
Scope of works:
This function assumed as main coordinator for planning vessels in achieving maximum T/C vessels utilization, planning best availability stock which covers by maintain best vessel’s routes, monitoring and control overall vessel’s movement, re-bunkering arrangement, support import documentation at each of the discharge port, maintain stock model of empty bag by planning re-ordering arrangement to the bag plant, by ensuring vessel readiness, proper planning production and re-ordering stocks, smoothness coordination/communication among involved parties (i.e. packing plant operator, logistic, agent, stevedoring, customer, etc), and optimum decision based upon SWOT strategy and contractual term and condition.
