1. National HR Manager (Reference no. 386)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree of Human Resources Management / Psychology / Law / any related field.
• Hold Master Degree from Management / Administration / Mining is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources Management with the last 5 years at managerial level for mining or heavy equipment industry.
• Ability to work in a remote and complex environment with conflicting priorities.
• Good communication skills (both in English and Bahasa), diplomatic, and people management.

2. Terminal Manager (Reference no. 443)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience as Manager for O&G Terminal.
• Good knowledge of operations, site and terminal capacity.
• Keen awareness of underlying customer needs and prevailing industry / market trends and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple party communications and operate under stress critical.
• Depth and breadth of general managerial experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills critical.

3. Estimator (Reference no. 381)

• Min 10 years in coal or nickel mining, and 5 years as Mine Estimator or Senior level, at mining contractor, preferable multinational.
• Ability to calculate / estimate the unit cost per bcm of overburden movement, cost per tones of coal extraction, cost per tones of coal haulage, pit dewatering cost, reclamation cost, unit per cost per hour of equipment selection.
• Able to calculate costs and quantities of every material to be used.
• Able to estimate unforeseen or emergency expenses, overhead and percentage of the total project cost to make a profit.
• Lead and monitor a team to a bid price quotation.
• Able to coordinate with mining engineering services department regarding project mining plans.
• Experience in mining infrastructure estimation (mess, camps, clinic, etc).
• Project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent English skills (write and speak).
• Indonesia or Expatriate (who have working experience in Indonesia).

4. Senior Geotechnical Engineer (Reference no. 446)

• Bachelor degree in civil or geotechnical engineering.
• At least 8 years experience in geotechnical engineering in mining industry.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.

• Candidates ideally will possess a Diploma in mechanical engineering, or have suitable equivalent experience, candidates with mine site based experience are encouraged to apply.
