* Lulusan S1/S2 Teknik Kimia/Kimia Industri Industri, Teknik pengalaman kerja Min 5thn dibidangnya
* Inovatif, inisiatif, kreatif, energik dan teliti
* Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa produk dan QC
* Memiliki minat dalam bidang penelitian laborat, membuat produk baru produksi plastik
* Memiliki pengetahuan GMP, HACCP dan ISO, dan prosedur QA, R&D
* Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
* Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
