Syarat Khusus
Lulusan S1 / S2 atau mahasiswa yang telah menyelesaikan teori / bebas teori dari berbagai disiplin ilmu yaitu : Teknik, Ekonomi, MIPA (Matematika & Statistika), FISIP (Hubungan International, Ilmu Administrasi Niaga, Ilmu Komunikasi), Hukum, Pertanian & Ilmu Komputer
IPK minimal 3.00 untuk lulusan S1 dan 3.20 untuk lulusan S2
Usia maksimak pada saat seleksi awal : S1 maks. 25 tahun dan S2 maks. 27 tahun
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
Tidak memiliki ayah/ibu/saudara kandung yang aktif di Bank Mandiri
Belum menikah dan bersedia tidak menikah selama pendidikan
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh unit kerja Bank Mandiri seluruh wilayah Indonesia
