Quantity Surveyor Officer - QS

Responsible in calculating work volume and up dating price list.
Doing offering / tender to Contractors.
Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering / Project Management. Min GPA 2.75 (S1) and 3.00 (S2) out of 4.00. Max 35 years old.
Having 1-2 years experiences in Quantity Surveyor/Estimator would be advantage.

Quality Control Officer - QC

Doing housing check list (stock/sold).
In charge of customer service as in housing quality.
Having good communication skill and orientation to customer satisfaction.
Diploma/Bachelor in Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
Max. age 35 years old. Max. 1 year experience in related position.

Building Supervisor - SB

Ensure quality, time and quantity as assigned in project
Supervise all resources; manpower, materials and contractors to ensure scheduled completion
Having good leadership & communication skills
Bachelor/Master of Architect / Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
Max. age 35 years old. 2-3 yrs experience in related position.
Placement Tangerang Selatan – Bintaro Jaya

Electrical Supervisor - EL

Perform mechanical / electrical devices repair and maintenance schedule for all building facilities
Supervisory role in the building repairment/maintenance activities and ensure comply with safety and health standard
Having good leadership and communication skills
Bachelor/Master of Engineering (Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical), min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
Fresh graduate or 2 - 3 years experiences
Placement in Bintaro Jaya - Tangerang Selatan

Land Acquisition Officer - PT

Collecting data on land to be acquired or exchanged.
Contacting the owner of the land, the location and check the letter validity and negotiating the price.
Having good communication and negotiation skills.
Diploma/Bachelor in law/any major, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00. Max. age 35 years old.
Having 1-2 years experience in property would be advantage.
Placement in Bintaro Jaya - Tangerang Selatan

Collection Staff - CL

Responsible in contacting consumers regarding to collection activities.
Good communication and thorough.
Bachelor in Finance/Accounting. Min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00. Max 35 years old.
Having 1-2 years experience in related position would be advantage.
