To support our expanding operations in Indonesia, ConocoPhillips is looking for talented Indonesian nationals to fill in the following positions:
1. Planning & Investment Appraisal – Economist
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Maintain existing economic valuation models for various assets, and develop new models as needed
o Provide economic and analytical support for various project approvals
o Work closely with the ConocoPhillips Indonesia asset team (reservoir, engineering, geologists, commercial, business development) to prepare the various technical inputs for the economic models
• Qualifications
o Degree in finance/engineering, MBA/ CFA preferred
o Fundamental understanding and experience with economic analysis, ideally constructing and maintaining economic analysis & valuation models
o Sound business knowledge, in particular knowledge of oil & gas upstream business drivers, and key financial reporting and accounting concepts and in depth understanding of Indonesia PSC concepts and terms
2. Ethics Compliance Specialist
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Review the stakeholder reports in timely manner to validate stakeholder reports
o Develop effective and efficient planning to investigate stakeholders reports requiring further substantiation,
o Produce investigation reports for review by Ethics Compliance Manager and approval of Ethics Committee Members.
• Qualifications
o Minimum Bachelor degree
o Minimum 10+ years experience: 5 year experience in auditing/control/security/legal/HSE/operation area and minimum 3 year experience in any investigation area
o Knowledgeable on investigation process in general from planning through reporting, knowledgeable on company and national regulations related to fraud, ethics violation and/or investigation. Expert in at least one area of investigation: interview or computer forensic or surveillance or others.
3. Team Lead Audit Management
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Support Manager Audit Management in providing management in reasonable assurance as to the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, the reliability of financial reporting, compliance with all applicable laws and regulation and the ongoing adherence to corporate policies.
o Support the development, change and implementation of key business process and controls to ensure effective SOX Compliance, FCPA Compliance, and Compliance with all other laws and regulations, continuous improvement/value creation, and minimal audit issues.
o Develop Risk Based Internal Audit Framework, Vendor Risk Assessment Framework, Long Term and Annual Internal Audit Planning
• Qualifications
o Minimum bachelor degree in accounting
o Minimum 10+ years of experience: 5 year experience in auditing/Internal Control/Finance Function
o Knowledgeable on investigation process in general from planning through reporting.
4. Field Production Technician
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Support Production Engineer and Field Production Engineer work activity in the field.
o Support Well Intervention works readiness review, including the equipment availability, access condition, and coordination works required to the related functions in the field.
o Conduct Well Performance survey, such as: Static Gradient Survey, Fluid level shoot (Echometer), and Sucker Rod Pump performance survey (Dynometer run).
• Qualifications
o Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering
o Minimum 3 years of industry experience related to oil production operations or well surveillance
o Having production engineering experience with an anchor skill in operations, or artificial lift and well workovers
5. Team Lead Drilling Engineer
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Supervise and manage COPI Drilling Engineering Staff and Wells Technicians
o Support operations during all phases personally and with proper staff alignment
o Global drilling performance metrics coordinator for COPI and support all Global Wells Excellence initiatives and standards
• Qualifications
o Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
o 10+ years experience in Drilling Supervision and or Engineering
o Good knowledge of drilling operations and practices, completion designs, work over, and well servicing practices. Familiarity with drilling and completion equipment and with basic and specialized drilling engineering disciplines and requirements
6. Senior Performance Monitoring & Optimization Engineer
• Roles & Responsibilities
o To ensure compression and power generation units are operated at optimum condition.
o To minimize unscheduled shutdown of compression and power generation units by doing immediate troubleshooting support utilizing various diagnostic tools
o To analyze/ interpret and report performance of compressor, gas turbine and major/ critical rotating equipment and capable to rate the performance.
• Qualifications
o Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering
o 8+ years experience in maintenance and operation of Turbo machinery.
o Familiar with oil and gas process operation and maintenance, have extensive troubleshooting experience and sense of urgency.
7. Senior Corrosion Engineer
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Accountable for the adequacy of corrosion rates of all production facilities across asset groups.
o Facilitate the implementation of the corrosion control program including corrosion control for decommissioning and mothballing.
o Analyze corrosion mechanism and define the best corrosion control strategy for all the production facilities.
• Qualifications
o Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Process, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering
o 10+ years experience in corrosion engineering with field experience within the petroleum or petrochemical industry.
o A strong knowledge of metallurgy, electrochemistry and chemicals application are also required.
8. Service Engineer
• Roles & Responsibilities
o To inspect, analyze/ interpret and report condition of compressor, gas turbine and major/ critical rotating equipment and capable to rate the performance.
o To minimize unscheduled shutdown of compression and power generation units by doing immediate troubleshooting and capable to lead engine exchange.
o To ensure onshore compression and power generation units are maintained at high quality and operated optimum condition.
• Qualifications
o Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical with knowledge of instrument system.
o 5+ years experience in maintenance and operation of gas turbine in compression and power generation unit.
o Familiar with reciprocating compressor, gas engine and major rotating equipment anatomy is preferred within oil and gas process operation and maintenance works.
9. Senior Process Engineer
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Analyze Engineering field evaluations and day to day Electrical operational trouble shooting, Analyze Electrical sizing calculations such as load shedding, cable sizing etc, Analyze and review one line diagram, power distribution system, Hazardous Area Classification, Electrical Safety System, Wiring connection detailed, Cable schedule, etc.
o Analyze the Electrical Safety Review such as Load Shedding, Power Distribution, and Grounding System
o Analyze all aspect of Electrical design requirements including the compilation of scopes of work and specifications for conceptual and FEL development
• Qualifications
o Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
o 7+ years experience in process engineering design, operation and optimization in the oil & gas industry
o Deep understanding of process engineering science, technology and practice (amine absorption, dehydration, mercury removal, distillation, refrigeration), and also strong technical engineering skills with a working knowledge of applicable Codes, Standards and Business Unit Specification
10. Asset Integrity Engineer
• Roles & Responsibilities
o To capture current and possible future mechanical integrity issues; coordinating any necessary assessment; providing recommendation to detect anomalies; providing possible mechanical failure prevention method and repair technique; reporting and communicating it to relevant parties.
o To develop planning, developing and managing all required contract services, leading, and coordinating the implementation of the assigned project or program execution including safety, financial, contractual, and operational perspective.
o Coordinate implementation of Asset Integrity Management System specific to topside mechanical integrity, which include risk based inspection, anomaly management, performing analysis and interpretation of the inspection results, providing recommendations for corrective actions and improvements, monitoring performance measures and KPI system.
• Qualifications
o Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Structural, and Metallurgy Engineering
o 5 years experience in asset mechanical integrity operations within the oil and gas industry.
o A strong knowledge, both theory and application, of risk management; inspection techniques; and other related mechanical integrity aspect i.e. engineering design, testing, repair, maintenance.Having relevant certification of specific skills (NDT, mechanical repairs, welding, etc.) from accredited and well know institution is an advantage.
