Team Manager

To deliver first class client service to our Wholesale Banking Clients in particular Securities Services Clients by acting on investigating and resolving transactional enquiries, complaints and other service related issues.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Services
- primary point of contact for external clients and internal stakeholders to act on, research, investigate and resolve enquiries, complaints, discrepancies, transactional errors and other requests.
- ensure that service excellence is part of the culture and doing it continously
- attend client meeting i.e face to face or through concall
- manage team performance to ensure that SLA are met

2. Risk and Control
- comply with proceess for client identification as well as adhering to all companies policies including escalation and compliance requirements include but not limited to Money Laundering

3. Operational Excellence
- drive and encourage process improvements for better client experience

4. Administration
- responsible for all administrative task related to client transactional enquiries, reporting requirements, MIS generation, archiving and retrieval records, as well as other team admin support

Qualifications & Skills

- University Graduate
- Fluency in English is a must
- Custody background is definitely a plus point
- Organised and detail oriented.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to manage/lead team
- A team player
- Proactive rather than reactive
