Untuk dapat mengikuti proses seleksi Management Trainee, Anda perlu mengombinasikan keberhasilan akademis dengan kepemimpinan yang kuat, yang dibuktikan melalui atribut-atribut sebagai berikut:
Lulusan baru atau sudah pernah bekerja dengan pengalaman 1-2 tahun.
Memiliki IPK tidak kurang dari 3.00 untuk S1.
MT Sales: Semua jurusan, terutama Ekonomi, Bisnis dan Manajemen Marketing
MT Marketing: Semua jurusan, terutama Ekonomi, Bisnis dan Manajemen Marketing
MT Supply Chain: Teknik Industri, Teknik Kimia, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Manajemen Supply Chain
MT Finance: Akuntansi, Keuangan
MT Procurement: Teknik Industri, Manajemen, Keuangan
MT Technical: Teknik Kimia, Teknologi Pangan
MT Human Resources: Hukum, Manajemen
Lancar berbahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
Aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan atau organisasi.
Mudah beradaptasi dan bersedia ditempatkan di mana perusahaan beroperasi.
